How to Request a Refund

If free revisions haven't resolved your concerns and you'd like a refund, the process is simple:

1. Email us at hello@song-for-you.org with your order details and a brief explanation of why you're not satisfied.
2. Our team will review your request and may reach out to better understand your feedback.
3. If we're unable to resolve your concern through revisions, we'll approve your refund promptly.
4. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Keep Your Song

Our guarantee applies whether or not you've downloaded your song. If we refund you, you can keep the song anyway.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
